I began my health and fitness journey all the way back in high school, where PE was my favorite class and I participated in every sport I could!
Once in college, I studied to be a Dietitian, which I know hold a degree in. During this time I also received my certification to be a fitness trainer.
Throughout college, I taught yoga classes as well as personal fitness training sessions.
I now run a complete fitness and health program designed to get people into their optimal health!
